ABOUT EASTSIDE VELO

ABOUT EASTSIDE VELO
Eastside Velo is a convivial bicycle club, centered in Mammoth Lakes, serving Inyo and Mono Counties in the Eastern High Sierra of California. We registered with United States Cycling Federation, a part of USA Cycling. The club is registered with the State of California as a not for profit association and is registered with the Internal Revenue Service in a similar status.

The club was first formed in 2001 with a nucleus of 20 riders. We now have 50-100 members annually and host weekly rides and larger Signature Rides throughout the year.

CLUB GOALS
Schedule and execute a range of rides per year that appeal to all members of the club with an emphasis on fun!

Foster a safe riding environment on rides by obeying rules of the road.

Broaden ESV’s awareness in the Eastern Sierra Community through activities that touch and bring awareness to non cyclists and potential new members.

Introduce new members of the cycling community into the board to broaden our reach.
